What this site is
Favicon generator is a website that helps you design and download favicons entirely in your browser. This page explains what data is handled and how it is used.
Data stored on your device
Design choices (text, colours, fonts, borders, uploaded images, and related options), theme preference, download options, and favicon history are saved in local storage on your device so the tool can remember settings between visits. Uploaded images stay on your computer as part of the current design and any matching history entries. This data is not uploaded to our servers. You can clear all local data from the More menu at any time.
Third-party services
If you choose a Google Font other than the bundled Montserrat font for preview, the site loads that font from Google’s servers. Google may receive the font family name and standard network request information. See Google’s privacy policy for details.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data or send your favicon designs, history, or browsing activity to our own servers. The generator has no accounts and no analytics of its own.
